Liquid Metal

This one's really simple..

We are going to create some liquid colorful metal like this:

Step 1

Open a new RGB document (I made it 300*300px) and scribble around with the pencil tool (Diameter: 20px) a bit.

Make it look something like this (or something entirely different ;) )

Step 2

Click Filter --> Blur --> Radial

Use Amount 50, Blur Method Spin and the best quality.

Step 3

Now, use Filter --> Sketch --> Chrome

Use these settings or play with them until satisfied with the outcome.

 

It will look something like this now:

 

Step 4

Almost done.. just hit CTRL-U and pick a color you like..

There's your liquid metal
