Here I will give you an idea how to make a Bike-webite-header in photoshop.[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels by 500 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now take the Gradient Tool use the following settings.
[3] Fill the background with the help of Gradient Tool.
[4] Now take the Text Tool select this font to make the background as shown image below.
[5] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[6] Your image should be look like this.
[7] And now take the Rounded Rectangle Tool.
[8] Create a new shape as shown image below.
[9] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[10] Your image should be look like this.
[11] Now create another shape with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool.
[12] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[13] Your image should be look like this.
[14] And now note this step carefully, make the copy of previous layer and then change the gradient color each shape as shown image below.

[16] Now take the Text Tool and write your text.
[17] Then open your image as shown image below.
[18] Change the Opacity to preivous image layer.

[20] And now create a new shape with the help of Ellipse Tool.

[23] Now take the text tool create your text.
[24] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[25] Your image should be look like this.
