Here we will tell you how to make a Drop-Water in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Fill the Background with color black.

[3] Now go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare use the following settings.

[4] Your image should be look like this.

[5] Take the 3 more Lens Flare as shown image below.

[6] Go to Filter>Sketch>Bas Relief use these values.

[7] Your image should be look like this.

[8] Make the copy of Background Layer.

[9] Go to Filter>Distort>Ocean Ripple apply the following settings.

[10] Now Press Cnlt+B, to Color Balance apply the following settings.

[11] Here is your final image.
